Aspera Care LLC · Adult usability pilot

A veteran peer. A practical next step.

Help shape a simpler way to find practical support. Try the tools, tell us what worked, and show us what needs to improve.

Adults in any U.S. state can join this usability test. It uses no member account, clinical record or payment. California service requests are reviewed separately; testing does not establish benefits eligibility or a care relationship.

Member login, assigned-peer messaging, scheduled video sessions and protected notes are the next service layer. They are not connected in this public test. No Medi-Cal claim is submitted from the pilot.

We will use actual test feedback to measure clarity, task completion and device readiness. Comparisons with other programs will identify the tested feature, participant group and result.
