Website and service terms
These terms govern use of this public website and adult usability pilot. A signed agreement controls any paid Aspera Care service. Last updated September 5, 2026.
Public information, not clinical advice
Website content is general information about developing non-clinical peer-support and navigation services. It is not medical, psychiatric, legal, tax, benefits, or emergency advice and does not create a provider-participant relationship.
No emergency services
Do not use this site or email for an emergency. Call 911 for an immediate emergency. Call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; veterans may press 1.
Service engagement
A service begins only after Aspera Care confirms scope and availability and the parties accept a written agreement. The agreement identifies the service provider, payment administrator, price, timing, cancellation terms, confidentiality boundaries, and any participant responsibilities.
Adult usability pilot
The pilot is voluntary, free and for adults 18 or older. It tests interface clarity, practical reflection, resource navigation and device readiness. It is not a clinical visit, authenticated member account, peer assignment, confirmed referral or billable Medi-Cal service. Reflection prompts are original Stoic-inspired exercises; they do not claim to diagnose, treat or change a nervous-system condition.
Use test phrases and technical feedback only. No recordings are made or retained. You may stop device access or leave at any time. Browser permissions and hardware availability affect the result. Completing a device check does not establish a working video visit, speaker playback, HIPAA compliance or another person’s connection.
Separate entities
Aspera Care LLC and Mission Ready Contracting, LLC are separate legal entities. Mission Ready Contracting may administer payments only for a documented Aspera engagement; that role does not transfer professional authority, licenses, certifications, insurance, or payer enrollment between entities.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse another person's identity or payment reference, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted information, or submit unlawful or deceptive content.
Changes
Website content and these terms may be updated. The version in effect when an agreement is signed does not override the signed agreement unless the agreement expressly incorporates it.
