This policy covers the public Aspera Care website, adult usability pilot and general business inquiries. Last updated September 5, 2026.
Information this public site may receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, preferred contact method, general service interest, and the content you choose to send. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, passwords, banking credentials, or crisis details through public email or this website.
How information is used
General inquiry information may be used to respond, determine whether the request fits the non-clinical service scope, prepare an agreement or invoice, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. It is not sold.
Payments
Stripe processes approved payments. Stripe receives payment credentials directly under its own privacy terms. Aspera Care and Mission Ready Contracting retain only the business records reasonably needed for invoicing, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, and legal compliance.
Service records
This marketing site is not a service-record portal. Any future protected workflow will use a separate authenticated system and its own notices. We do not describe this public email channel as HIPAA compliant.
Adult pilot and device checks
The pilot uses a random test reference, a randomly assigned headline, a short reflection and technical feedback. Choices and progress stay in page memory; reloading clears them. No advertising pixel, visitor tracker, account, recording or clinical database is connected to this test.
Camera and microphone access begins only when you choose a device test and approve your browser’s permission. The preview and input meter are processed on your device. The site does not record, upload or save the stream. Stop the test, leave the tab or close the page to stop device use.
Preparing feedback opens your email application with technical results, self-reported ratings and test timing. It excludes the reflection choice and any media. Review and send it to mrcenterprise@inkboxmail.com with intake@jgmcs.org copied. Sending identifies you to the receiving email desk; the feedback is therefore not described as anonymous. Do not add medical information or recordings.
Requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of public-site inquiry data, use the inquiry portal and include “Privacy review” in your message. Some records may be retained when required for contracts, payments, security, or law.
